Service Description
Our adult class focuses on fitness and choreography. We don’t get bogged down with technique and skills, but rather have a fun hour laughing, sweating and having a good time! We work on a new dance each week so if you have to miss a class due to work or family commitments you won'’t be behind when you come back. We generally stick to jazz and commercial styles but happy to change it up if requested! Adults do not perform at our concerts.
